My commitment to the Black Stars can’t be questioned—Joseph Paintsil

Black Stars attacker Joseph Paintsil has denied claims that he is not committed to the Black Stars.

According to him, he sees his call into the camp of the Black Stars as a blessing and does not take it lightly.

He noted that there are a million Ghanaian players out there, so for him to be called is a blessing to him.

“I am always committed to the National Team. It is a blessing when you are called to the National Team to represent. There are a whole lot of players so if I have been chosen to represent my country why won’t I be committed,” he quizzed when his loyalty to the country was questioned in an interview with Accra-based TV3.

On not getting enough playing time, he indicated it is the choice of the coaches handling the team, and they know when and where to place a player to help the team progress.
