The report issued by accounting and auditing firm, KPMG on the agreement between the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) and the Strategic Mobilization Limited (SML) has been released by the President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
In the report, KPMG indicates that there was no technical needs assessment done by the GRA before signing its contract with SML.
Also, KPMG revealed that the contract between the GRA and SML was signed after the Public Procurement Authority rejected the move to sign the contract through the sole sourcing method three times.
