Political Marketing Strategist Prof. Kobby Mensah has asserted that Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo was a disappointment to so many people.
According to him, Ghanaians reposed their trust and confidence in him in 2016 to give them “the Ghana we want” but he disappointed the people with his governance style.
He says people in the New Patriotic Party (NPP) when spoken to in closed doors will attest to this fact but cannot say it openly.
“People felt that Kufour was John the Baptist and Nana Addo was the Jesus we have been waiting for but it turned out Kufour was stellar,” he said.
Adding that “a lot of them when you have a conversation they will tell you Nana Addo was a disappointment. They thought he was stern, well read and globally accepted but it turn out to be a disappointment. They thought we should give him the power but it was totally shambolic”.
The New Patriotic Party (NPP) lost the 2024 elections to John Dramani Mahama who promised to reset the country.
