In videos that have gone viral on social media, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s statue has been vandalized.
Parts of the statue that have generated conversations, especially online, have been chopped off as of Monday, December 16, 2024.
It is not clear who is behind chopping off parts of the president’s leg.
The essence of the statue, which is near the Effia Nkwanta Regional Hospital, has been questioned because the New Patriotic Party (NPP) did not fulfil promises to the region in the eight years in parliament.
