Medeama coach Ibrahim Tanko eyes winning start ahead of Legon Cities clash

Medeama new coach Ibrahim Tanko is gunning for a win against Legon Cities to get his stint with the club off to a positive start in the Ghana Premier League.The Yellow and Mauve will play host to the embattled Legon Cities in matchday 19 of the domestic top-flight campaign.Tanko joined Medeama on a two and half year deal this week, replacing Bosnian tactician Nebojsa Kapor.Speaking ahead of the game, the former assistant coach of Cameroon and Ghana’s Black Stars affirmed his outfit will be gunning for the three points.“We need to get the three maximum points at home. We have to win the game to continue our project. We want maximum support from the fans because we are going to make them happy” he said.Medeama are currently 7th on the Ghana Premier League standings, accumulating 26 points after 18 matches into the campaign.
