The women organizer for the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kate Gyamfuah, has encouraged members of the political party to engage in house-to-house campaigns across the country.
She says that without that strategy, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) will enter houses with their lies and claim all the achievements of the New Patriotic Party.
Kate Gyamfuah was speaking at the Ofie Walk held in the Akuapem North constituency in the Eastern Region.
She said, “I predicted this last two years that the NDC is in the small towns telling them they brought free SHS. Now they are telling this lie at the national level.
This is the reason why this year, our campaign has to go down to the houses and not on the streets. If we don’t ensure that our messages are heard in the houses, the NDC will use lies to take credit for all our achievements,” she said.
