Ghanaian youngster Abraham Baffour joins Brazilian side Ceara SC
Ghanaian youngster Abraham Baffour has completed a move to Brazilian outfit Ceara SC.The 19-year-old midfielder joins the Campeonato Brasileiro Serie B outfit as a free agent after ending his spell with Fluminense.Baffour penned a long-term contract with Ceara SC to continue his playing career in the South American country.The Ghanaian midfielder departed Fluminense despite having an existing contract. He joined Fluminense last year and had a running contract until July 2024.Fluminense were reluctant to offer the highly talented footballer a long-term contract, allowing him to move to Ceara.Baffour is expected to feature prominently in the Ceara U20 team and also in the first team when the need be for his services.He is a product of academy side Young African Promises based in Ghana.
