Ghana forward Kwesi Okyere Wriedt joins Turkish second-tier side Manisa FK
Ghana international Kwesi Okyere Wriedt has completed a move to Turkish outfit Manisa FK in the ongoing transfer window.The 30-year-old attacker joins as a free agent after ending his spell with German Bundesliga 2 side Holstein Kiel this summer.Okyere penned a one-year deal to compete to join Manisa FK and is expected to compete in the upcoming campaign."I am very happy to be in Turkey and Manisa. I am opening a new page in my career and I am very excited about it. I want to work hard for the goals of Manisa Football Club and contribute to my team at the highest level." He told the club’s official website.The Ghanaian attacker spent last season on loan at VfL Osnabrück in the German Bundesliga 2.The former Bayern Munich youth player will be hoping to make a meaningful impact with his new club in the 2024/25 season.Okyere has made six appearances for the Black Stars since making his debut for the West African powerhouse in 2018.
