NPP confident of winning 14 Parliamentary seats in Central Region, eyes Presidential Victory

Out of 23 parliamentary seats in the Central Region, the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) is confident of winning 14 seats in the upcoming 7th December general elections, Madam Charlotte Adwoa Antwi, Central Regional Women’s Organiser of the party has said.

Central Region which has historically swung, holds one of the golden keys to who wins this year’s presidential polls.

Madam Charlotte Adwoa Antwi revealed to the media that the data and science have proved that NPP will surely win both presidential and parliamentary seats in the Central Region.

This was made known during a Central Regional Women’s Wing conference organized by Madam Adwoa Antwi with a call on women across the country to rally support NPP flagbearer, Dr. Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia to achieve his aim of transforming the country by casting their votes massively for him(Dr. Bawumia).

“Those who are claiming that NPP has collapsed in Central Region will get the shock of their lives because the party is going to win more parliamentary seats in the December polls”.She disclosed

She stated that the Central Regional NPP women’s wing is ready for the battle ahead of the upcoming presidential and parliamentary general elections.

According to her, “We the NPP know we are winning this year’s presidential and parliamentary elections so we don’t want noise, so NDC members led by their flagbearer should clear their evil plan to manipulate violence in the upcoming general elections. NDC should allow the Electoral Commissions (EC) to have peace of mind because we know that the Flagbearer of NPP, Dr Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia come 8th to 9th December is going to be President-elect for this nation”.

On his part, the Deputy General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party, Dr. Antoinette Tsibo-Darko also believed that NPP will win hands down in the Central Region considering the number of projects the region has benefited from the NPP government.

She therefore projected 55% win votes for NPP in the Central Region and encouraged women to preach the good works of the government in their various organizations including markets.

“I can boldly say that Central Region is an NPP stronghold so there is the need for NPP members to preach the government’s marvellous developmental projects across the country as well as Dr Bawumia’s fantastic policies ahead to voters” Dr Tsibo-Darko encouraged.
