Joseph Aidoo trains with Real Valladolid ahead of Villareal clash
Ghana defender Joseph Aidoo joined his new teammates at Real Valladolid to prepare for the upcoming La Liga game against Villareal.Aidoo joined Real Valladolid on loan till the rest of the season from Celta Vigo on Thursday, January 30, 2025.The 29-year-old, who has played 131 games in the Spanish league, is expected to play a vital role if Valladolid are to survive the drop.In the morning session at Valladolid's training complex, Aidoo joined the team for an intensive exercise. He is expected to be part of the evening session as well.The former Inter Allies and KRC Genk player could make his debut for the club on Saturday in the game against Villareal.Aidoo struggled for game time at Celta Vigo this season, having been out for over a year due to an injury he sustained while playing for the Black Stars of Ghana in the international friendly against USA in October 2023.
