Head coach of the Angolan National Team, Pedro Goncalves, believes that Ghana is a strong contender.
He explains that even though the Black Stars are strong contenders, their chances of qualifying are low.
Pedro Goncalves believes that it is tough for the Black Stars to qualify for the 2025 AFCON.
“Ghana is undoubtedly a strong contender, their chances of qualifying are low at the moment. They not only have to win but also depend on Sudan, who need only one point from two games to qualify. It’s a very tough challenge for Ghana. For us, playing against Ghana is always special.”
The Black Stars will take on Angola at Estadio 11 de Novembro in Luanda on Friday, November 15, 2024.
