Ghanaian forward Henry Addo has secured his first piece of silverware with Maccabi Tel Aviv after helping the club to clinch the Israeli Super Cup.The 21-year-old started and lasted 60 minutes for the Israeli champions as they cruised to a 2-0 win over Israeli Cup winners, Maccabi Petah Tikva on Monday evening.Addo was outstanding for Tel Aviv as they emerged victorious in the Super Cup, lifting their first trophy in the 2024/25 season.Tel Aviv opened the scoring through veteran forward Eran Zahavi after just 14 minutes into the game after connecting from Gabi Kanichowsky pass.The Israeli champions sealed victory on stoppage time after substitute Matan Hozez found the back of the net at the Bloomfield Stadium.Addo made just a single appearance for Tel Aviv in the past season after joining them from MSK Zilina in the winter transfer.
