Ghana duo of Baba Alhassan and Nana Antwi have led Steaua Bucuresti to clinch the Romania Super Cup after triumphing over Hunedoara.The pair played a huge role as Steaua Bucuresti cruised an emphatic 3-0 victory in the final to secure the title.Baba and Antwi were both called to action and delivered an outstanding performance to propel their side to victory.Romania international David Miculescu opened the floodgate for Steaua Bucuresti after 21 minutes into the game as they went to the halftime break with the advantage.Putting on a stellar performance, the Romanian giants grabbed two more goals to secure a resounding win over their opponent to win the covetous trophy.Additional goals from Romanian Marius Stefanescu and Luis Phelipe of Brazil were enough for Steaua Bucuresti to annex the trophy.Stefanescu scored to double the advantage for his outfit in the 52nd minute mark before Luis Phelipe sealed the victory ten minutes to full time.Having emerged Champions in the Super Cup, Steaua Bucuresti will now shift their attention to the upcoming season as they gear up for the UEFA Champions League qualifications.
