President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has asked pupils writing the Basic Education Certificate Examination to eschew any form of malpractice.
The President has urged them to be honest as they take their final basic school examination this week.
He reminded them of the need to ensure they hold on to the values of integrity and honesty as it will do them good in their life’s journey.
Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo urged the pupils to remain calm and do their best indicating that the nation is solidly behind them.
In all 569,095 pupils are sitting for the BECE across the country in 2123 designated centers.
The exams starts on Monday July 8 and ends on Monday July 15, 2024.
