Former President of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama, has noticed that what young Ghanaians need at this moment is the opportunity to prove themselves.
The former president, vying to become president, has promised to ensure that opportunities abound in the West African country.
He will do this through his promised apprenticeship programs that will help young people become self-employed through technical and vocational programs.
Trained apprentices will be certified and provided with startup capital to ensure that they set up and better their fortunes.
