Popular police motor rider and singer, Hajia Police has revealed why she decided not to resign from the Ghana Police Service to do music on a full-time basis.
She disclosed during a one-on-one interview on Property FM in Cape Coast that being a Police Officer is a divine calling she cannot just abandon.
She stated “Music is something that I really like from childhood and when I was growing up everyone knew how I was passionate about doing music.
“But being enlisted into the Police Service I would say it is God who took me there so I have to serve in the Police service till I’m done and proceed on retirement at my pension age.
“I strongly believe that it’s the work of God that got me employed in the Police service to serve the needs of those who are helpless in society and God works through human beings.
“Without police in our communities things would have been worse so I believe it’s a job that God specifically gave me that’s why I don’t have full-time to do music,” she said
“I would only do music full-time when I go on pension or maybe when I resign but for now I can’t do music alone as a full-time job because those doing music full-time are even struggling to make it”. He observed.
