Size of the manhood doesn’t matter- Urologist on lovemaking and foreplay

Consultant Urologist Dr Samuel Amanamah has addressed a common topic that has sparked many debates: whether penis size is significant in sexual satisfaction in UTV Ghana’s popular program My Health, My Life, hosted by Abigail Ashley.

According to Dr Amanamah, size is not as critical as many believe.

During the discussion monitored by MyNewsGh.com, Dr. Amanamah firmly dispelled the misconception, stating, “Penis size is not what determines sexual satisfaction.

“What really matters is understanding how the female body responds.” He explained that sexual fulfilment is more dependent on skill and technique rather than size, which shifts the focus from physical attributes to communication and understanding between partners.

Dr. Amanamah emphasized that women are highly sensitive to touch, and when a man masters the art of foreplay and understands the female anatomy, the size of his penis becomes irrelevant.

“Women are very responsive to touch,” he said, “and it’s important for men to realize that the most pleasurable areas of the vagina are located at the entrance. You don’t need penetration to bring a woman to orgasm.”

The urologist further elaborated on the importance of foreplay, stressing that when men focus on exploring these pleasure points, intimacy becomes more satisfying for both partners.

His remarks were not just aimed at busting myths, but also to encourage healthier attitudes toward sexual relationships, where connection, understanding, and skill take precedence over insecurities about physical size.

Dr. Amanamah’s appearance on My Health, My Life sparked thoughtful conversations on a topic that often remains taboo, offering a professional perspective that challenges age-old myths and encourages a deeper understanding of intimacy.
