Police on manhunt for armed robbers who attacked jewelry shop at Adabraka

The Ghana Police is currently on manhunt for a gang of armed robbers who attacked a jewelry shop at Adabraka in Accra, Saturday November 2, 2024.

Esrlier on Saturday November 2, 2024, some yet-to-be-identified armed men fled with sacks of money in daylight robbery at Adabraka Market injuring one person in the process.

The incident left residents in shock as they watched helplessly amid sporadic shooting from the robbers

A video which has gone viral on social media captured the four masked robbers, who were heavily armed, attacking a red Toyota Corolla parked near the busy market.

They fired multiple warning shots to disperse bystanders and passersby as they ran for their lives.

In relations to the incident that happened earlier, the police has assured the public that the armed men will be arrested and face justice.

The statement from the police read….

“The police are on manhunt for a gang of armed robbers who attacked a jewelry shop at Adabraka in Accra, Saturday November 2, 2024 where one person was injured.

We would like to assure the public that we will surely get them and bring them to face justice.”
