Assin Central Member of Parliament, Kennedy Agyapong has admonished the leadership of the political party to ensure that peeved party members are brought back into their fold.
Kennedy Agyapong says he knows the grassroots of the party is peeved and there might be apathy hence the need to go to the grassroots to bring everyone on board.
According to him, some appointees who lorded over the people and caused disaffection would have to go back to the people and plead with them.
He advised that the party should adopt the door-to-door, room-to-room and close-range campaign in order to be able to win the love back.
“The leadership that has caused the grassroots to be angry should call them and make amends. We didn’t say put money in the pockets of the people. All they need is respect. If you are voted into power you don’t have to Lord over the people.
Whoever has been offended should be brought back to the fold and with unity we will break the eight,” he said
