Former Employment Minister and owner of Nsoatreman FC Ignatius Baffour Awuah has been granted bail.
One other suspect, Kyeremeh, who was also arrested in connection to the death of Yaw Frimpong, known as Pooley, has also been granted bail.
The suspects who were arrested on Monday, February 3, 2025, are expected back at the Sunyani District Magistrate Court B on February 17, 2025.
They were granted bail to the tune of GHC 500,000 with two sureties.
The court also ruled that Ignatius Baffour Awuah must submit his passport to the court registry.
He is also not allowed to travel out of Sunyani during the period.
Meanwhile, Agyemang Duah, who had shorts stained with blood and a gun, has been remanded in police custody for two weeks.
