Greater Accra Regional Minister, Linda Ocloo has announced that her outfit and Buzz Stop Boys will be collaborating on the Sanitation Day for Greater Accra Region.
She made this announcement in a post shared via social media after a meeting with the volunteering group that has been keeping Accra neat.
Her post announcing the collaboration said “I engaged with the BuzStop Boys on strategies to keep Greater Accra clean, focusing on clear gutters, public spaces, and volunteerism. As part of this effort, I am pleased to declare the last Friday of every month as Greater Accra Sanitation Day, a community-driven initiative together with the BuzStop Boys.
On behalf of H.E. John Dramani Mahama, I commend their dedication to civic responsibility. Together, we will build a cleaner and more sustainable Greater Accra”.
The Greater Accra Regional Minister has announced that the last Friday of every month will be declared Sanitation Day.
This day will be used to clean the streets of Accra in a bid to keep the National Capital clean.
