Flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has intimated that Ghana is on the cusp of a major takeoff.
He argues that this takeoff is backed by bold new solutions and ideas to address the country’s challenges.
Dr Mahamudu Bawumia made this known in a post shared via social media after his visit to Odotobri, Manso Adubia and Manso Nkwanta constituencies.
He used the opportunity to remind the constituents to ensure responsible mining with the use of technology, community mining schemes and the provision of the necessary financial muscle to help small scale miners expand in a supervised, viable way.
His post read “The Possibilities Bus was in the Odotobri, Manso Adubia and Manso Nkwanta Constituencies as I continued my campaign tour of the Ashanti Region.
Amongst others, I reiterated my commitment to ensure responsible mining through improved technology, community mining schemes and the provision of the necessary financial muscle to help small scale miners expand in a supervised, viable way.
I also conveyed my best wishes to Ghana’s farmers and fishers as we celebrated National Farmers Day, pledging to facilitate major investment at every level of the agriculture value chain.
Ghana is on the cusp of a major take off, anchored on a bold new vision and new ideas and solutions to address Ghana’s challenge.
