Nsoatreman FC coach, Yaw Preko says their tie with Elect Sport FC is not over yet despite claiming a convincing win.

The Ghana FA Cup champions secured a 3-0 win in the first leg of the preliminary round of games against the Chadian side in the CAF Confederation Cup on Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Goals from Abdul Rahman and Kwabena Adu Meider ensured the home side secured the big win in the first half of the game.

Ahead of the second leg tie, Preko is preaching against complacency saying nothing is done since anything can happen despite their win.

“Nothing is done yet," the former Ghana international said. "Football is full of surprises.

"I’ve been in the game for a very long time and I know when you underrate your opponent, they will hurt you.

"Fine, we won 3-0 but in the second half, there was a lot of hiccups and we need to work on it," he added.

The second leg of the preliminary round will take place at a neutral venue in Cameroon on Saturday, August 24, as Elect-Sport FC’s home stadium does not meet CAF’s standards for hosting international matches.

Should Nsoatreman FC advance past Elect-Sport FC, they will face either Police FC of Rwanda or CS Constantine of Algeria in the next round.
