General Secretary for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Fiifi Fiave Kwetey is of the view that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia is detached from the realities of the people of Ghana.

Fiifi Kwetey who was commenting on the sordid state of the Ghanaian economy believes that Dr Mahamudu Bawumia should not pat himself on the shoulder for doing better because he has woefully failed the people of Ghana.

“And yet, Dr. Bawumia, the so-called Economic Wizkid, audaciously and without any apparent shame, awards himself a perplexing 70% score rating. It starkly illustrates his profound detachment from reality and his gross incompetence as the Head of the Economic Management Team,” he said.

Adding that “How can a leader, overseeing such evident economic decline, claim any measure of success?”.
