Member of Parliament for Old Tafo in the Ashanti Region, Lawyer Vicent Ekow Assafuah has apologized to the people of Ghana on behalf of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
The New Patriotic Party (NPP) lost the 2024 elections to the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
The margin of the defeat and the number of seats the political party lost in the just-ended election are proof enough that the people of Ghana are not pleased with their leadership.
There are complaints from some party folks who have expressed their disgust for the eight years of leadership of Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
In a post shared via his social media, lawyer Ekow Vincent Assafuah apologized to the people of Ghana for their failure as a government.
He indicated that the government is sorry and will learn from the lessons they’ve picked up from governing Ghana in the last eight years.
