Sika Kroabea crowned champions of 2024 Standard Chartered Cup

Sika Kroabea Company Limited has emerged victorious in the 2024 Standard Chartered (SC) Cup, showcasing stellar football prowess at the Ghana International School (GIS) in Accra on Saturday (30 November).

The tournament brought together some of Standard Chartered’s corporate and employee banking clients for a day of thrilling competition, all vying for the prestigious SC Cup trophy.

Designed to promote collaboration and camaraderie, the event delivered intense matches, culminating in a gripping final between Sika Kroabea and Ghana Link Network Services Ltd.

In a standout performance, Sika Kroabea claimed the championship title, earning not only the bragging rights of victory but also an exclusive reward—a trip to Anfield, the iconic home of English Premier League (EPL) giants Liverpool Football Club. 

The team will experience the electric atmosphere of a live Premier League match, tour the historic stadium, and enjoy exclusive engagements with the club, all courtesy of Standard Chartered’s longstanding partnership with the club.

Speaking at the awards ceremony, Asiedua Addae, Head of Corporate Affairs, Brand & Marketing at Standard Chartered Ghana, celebrated the achievements of the participants.
