The Ghana Education Service has announced that there is no change in the date for the reopening of senior high schools.
In December, CHASS, in a letter to the Education Ministry, counselled that there will be a need for the reopening of senior high schools to be postponed.
According to CHASS, there are some outstanding debts that need to be settled before students can come back to school.
However, a statement from the Ghana Education Service indicated that there will not be a change in the reopening date for senior high schools.
Meanwhile, GES says it is engaging the Education Ministry to ensure that all outstanding debts are cleared.
