He’s leaving behind nothing positive—Nyaho Tamakloe on Akufo-Addo’s legacy

A founding member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr Nyaho Tamakloe, has questioned the legacy of the outgoing president, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

He believes that the outgoing president is not leaving anything positive behind in the country.

Nyaho Tamakloe was speaking to TV3 in an interview when he made this known.

“Talking about the legacy of Nana Addo, it will be a bit of a problem to me. Ghanaians should regret terribly they voted him into power. Since 2016, if you ask me about his legacy, his reign definitely shows,” he said, adding “what positive” when he was asked if he believes the president hasn’t left anything positive behind.

Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo will be leaving office on January 7 after John Dramani Mahama has been sworn in as president of the Republic of Ghana.

While addressing the people of Ghana during his final state of the nation address, he indicated that Ghana is not broke contrary to what propagandists have made people believe.

He openly indicated that he is leaving behind a working country with an economy which is back to pre-COVID levels.
