The student of O’Reilly Senior High School(SHS) who stabbed his colleague to death has been remanded for two weeks by the La District Court.
According to reports, the court did not accept his plea and has asked him to return to the court on September 19.
The decision to remand the student whose name has been withheld is to give the police the opportunity to investigate the matter further.
Meanwhile, the Ghana Education Service has assured the general public of its administrative investigation.
In a statement last week, the service called for calm and asked that the general public avoid speculation on the matter.
