The General Secretary for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Justin Kodua has summoned the political party’s National Executive Committee and the National Council to an emergency meeting.
The political party’s NEC is expected to meet on Thursday, July 4, 2024, at 2 pm while the National Council will meet at 3 pm.
The purpose of the meeting hasn’t been made known but MyNewsGh.com is reliably informed that the political party’s flagbearer will be introducing the person he will want to run the election with.
It is expected that the candidate’s choice will be given a swift approval after months of consultation by the party’s flagbearer.
