Angel FM/TV to air footages of how Kofi Adomah was shot in the face

Accra-based Angel TV/FM has given an assurance that it will air videos of how broadcast journalist Kofi Adomah was shot in the face.

The media entity with which he works suspects foul play and therefore has decided to air footage from the festival he was covering before the accident.

A statement announcing the decision to air the footage said it would be aired on January 22, 2025

The statement read “STATEMENT ON KOFI ADOMAH

Angel Broadcasting Network announce that our Director of News Dept, Kofi Adomah is indisposed and has been hospitalized.

The renowned broadcaster has suffered a life-threatening injury after being shot in the face.

The dastardly act occurred in Dormaa Ahenkro during his coverage of the Kwafie Festival in December 2024

The management of Angel FM has obtained exclusive footages of the unfortunate incident and persons behind the act.

The videos will air for the first time on the Angel Morning show on Wednesday, 22nd January 2025, particularly to clear the misinformation and controversy surrounding the incident.

We wish Kofi the best in his recovery and ask for prayers for him and his family during these difficult times.
