Togbe Afede, the bankroller of Ghana Premier League Hearts of Oak, has stated that the newly constructed secretariat handed over to the board will operate as the club's commercial center.The handover ceremony took place at the facility’s Adabraka location, where the state-of-the-art building was presented to the board led by Executive Chairman Togbe Afede.The event saw the presence of Managing Director, including Vincent Sowah Odotei, and other board members as they toured the facility with the media.Speaking to reporters after the ceremony, Togbe Afede said, “Of course we have secretatriat that will continue to function."What we have today will remain our commercial center again a demonstration of our commitment to ensuring that we exploit as much as possible the commercial value of the brand that we are building."The completed project is set to become the club’s center of business in the near future.Described as an ultra-modern facility, the Phobia House will house various offices of the club, marking the first of its kind by any team in Ghana.Hearts of Oak have not had a great season last year and would be hoping these infrastructure developments if inspire them to success in the upcoming...
