The National Democratic Congress (NDC) will today, August 24, 2024, launch its manifesto for the 2024 elections.
The political party believes it is time to reset Ghana and work towards building a country every Ghanaian will be proud of.
If given power, the political party has promised to reset some major aspects of the country to ensure the needed change in the lives of the citizens.
Here are some things the NDC has promised to reset if given power:
The NDC aims to reset Ghana’s economy for growth, our infrastructure for development, and our governance systems to ensure transparency, accountability, and the end of corruption.
Ghana’s educational system needs a reset to make it inclusive for all, and the country’s governance structures must be reformed to eliminate political bias and partisanship, establishing a fair system rooted in meritocracy and equity.
The NDC believes that Ghana’s healthcare system needs a reset. Ghana’s banking system needs a reset. Additionally, Ghana’s agricultural sector needs a reset.
They believe that with these changes, poverty in Ghana can be alleviated, hardship will be reduced, and jobs and better employment will be provided for all, not just a small clique of corrupt family and friends.
