In live videos shared from Parliament, the leadership of both sides are seen occupying the front seat of the majority side of Parliament.
Other Members of Parliament are also occupying the majority side while the minority side of Parliament is left empty.
The NDC caucus has insisted that they are going according to the ruling of the speaker of parliament who is applying the constitution.
But the NPP caucus have insisted that they will go in accordance with the ruling by the Supreme Court that has stayed the ruling of the speaker and, in essence, has reversed Parliament back to what it was before the speaker’s ruling.
