The incident took place in the early hours of February 4, 2025, after police found his vehicle stuck on railroad tracks in Maitland.

Authorities reported that Marcus showed clear signs of intoxication, with slurred speech, glassy eyes, and the strong smell of alcohol.

After failing sobriety tests, he was taken into custody, but the situation worsened when a search uncovered cocaine in his possession.

He allegedly resisted arrest before being subdued and transported to Orange County Jail, where his bail was set at $4,000.

This isn’t his first brush with the law. In 2012, he was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after an altercation outside a Nebraska hotel.
