Sarah Idaji Ojone, popularly known as Saida Boj, has ignited a wave of conversation with her candid and provocative views on modern relationships.

Speaking on Nedu Wazobia’s Honest Brunch podcast, the outspoken personality delved into the complexities of marriage and relationships, sharing opinions that resonated with and polarized listeners.

Saida didn’t hold back as she expressed her admiration for women who choose to walk away from unhappy marriages.

“When a woman decides to divorce, I celebrate her. It’s a tough decision, but it’s also a brave one,” she remarked, adding that she believes marriage often lacks the value society places on it.

For Saida, the concept of marriage seems outdated if it doesn’t bring happiness or meet her personal standards.

She hinted at potentially forgoing marriage altogether if she cannot find a partner who aligns with her expectations.

“Marriage means nothing to me if I can’t find the right person. Why settle when you can be happy on your own terms?” she asserted.

Taking her argument a step further, Saida revealed her financial expectations in relationships, stating that any man unwilling to invest at least 500,000 naira during the initial stages of their connection isn’t worth her time.

“If a man can’t show he’s serious by investing, why should I even bother? Attractive women like us know our worth, and many are already taking this approach,” she said confidently.
