Celebrated broadcaster Kwasi Kyei Darkwa, known popularly as KKD says he will never be a member of any political party.
Although he has some form of political inclination because his family members belong to prominent political parties in the country, he has no interest in any political party.
KKD mentioned some of his family members who have done great for the country.
“Me I refuse to be a member of any political party. I told you this and I will remind you. I have friends and brothers in NPP, I have friends and brothers in NDC. My Uncle P.V Obeng worked with PNDC and NDC. My Uncle Nana Tuffour has written Ghana’s budget for over 15 years.
I come from a knowledgeable family and we work honestly to earn our income. Some people say what have I achieved or done.
I saw somebody on social media saying what have I achieved that someone will offer to serve me and I said to myself that some choose to serve not because we are thieves but because we have decided to speak the truth for Ghana,” he said in a Joy News interview.
