Former General Secretary of the National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS) and the Director of Communications for the Movement for Change, Courage Nobi has disclosed that the reason why Ghana is still at a standstill is because the ruling government has implemented policies that punish Ghanaians.
During a panel discussion on TV3’s NewDay, Courage Nobi disclosed that the only one who has a legacy for creating jobs is the flagbearer for the Movement for Change, Alan Kyerematen.
According to Mr Nobi, due to Alan Kyerematen’s passion for creating jobs, he introduced his “Great transformational plan, describing it as a robust plan and not just a manifesto promise.
“In our current state of affairs, nothing is working, absolutely nothing. It looks like it is a sin to become a Ghanaian because we have a government that continues to pass out policies that punish the average Ghanaian” he stated.
Courage Nobi further added that the reason behind the current problem Ghanaians are facing is due to corruption mainly procured through sole source procurement.
According to him, Sole-sourcing has become the default way of awarding contracts under the ruling NPP.
