God’s thunder will strike if votes are rigged-Osofo Kyiri Abosom warns EC

During an interview on Okay FM, Osofo Kyiri Abosom voiced serious concerns about the Electoral Commission’s (EC) actions, warning that they would regret any attempts to rig the upcoming elections.

“I am deeply concerned about the EC,” he said angrily. “If the EC tries to rig the elections by transferring my votes to other political parties, the thunder of God will strike the person, and they will die immediately.”

The presidential candidate of the Ghana Union Movement (GUM) also issued a stern warning to both the EC and anyone attempting to prevent the media from reporting the truth about the elections on December 7th.

Following Osofo Kyiri Abosom’s fiery statements, the presenter, Kwame Nkrumah Tikese, asked if he wasn’t concerned about being arrested by the police for making such threats.

In response, Osofo Kyiri Abosom remained resolute. “I can’t be arrested because my words are simply warnings to those who plan to rig the elections,” he said. “May God kill you, make you mad, disgrace you, and may you perish in a fatal accident if you take money from the EC or anyone else to rig the elections.”
