Ghanaian winger Joseph Amoako has expressed gratitude to the parties involved in securing a move to Georgian top-flight side, FC Samtredia.The 21-year-old completed a move to FC Samtredia on Monday, signing a three-year deal with an option to extend for another year.Amoako encountered several challenges during his stint with Swedish club Helsingborgs IF. The winger parted company with the Porcupine Warriors in August 2023 before he departed to join the United Arab Emirate side second-tier side TFA Dubai.
Amoako is expected to play a huge role for the club in the upcoming campaign as they aim to make meaningful impact.
Before leaving Kotoko, he had spent a season long loan at Swedish club Helsingborgs IF.
He made nine appearances for Helsingborgs IF in the Allsvenskan before the team suffered relegation after the 2022/23 season.
Amoako will be hoping to make an instant impact at FC Samtredia in Georgia.
