Ghanaian youngster Forson Amankwah has shared his excitement after sealing a move to English Championship outfit Norwich City.The highly-rated Ghanaian midfielder joins Norwich City from Austrian outfit Red Bull Salzburg ahead of the new season.Amankwah penned a four-year deal with an option to extend for another year and is expected to play a huge role for the club as they seek for promotion to the English top-flight.He leaves Red Bull Salzburg after three-year spell in Austria, where Liefering and Rheindorf Altach.The 21-year-old former WAFA midfielder has been handed with the number 18 jersey at Norwich City."I'm really happy and excited to come to the club. The head coach has worked before with so many young players, it's really nice to be here working with him."He will be hoping to hit the ground running when the 2024/25 Championship campaign begins.Amankwah has already debuted for the Black Stars and will be hoping to cement his place in the team. He earned his first Black Stars invite in March 2024, where he featured against Nigeria and Uganda respectively.
