GFA Awards 2024 rescheduled
The Ghana Football Association has the second edition of the 2024 awards to October.The awards ceremony, originally scheduled for Monday, September 2, 2024 at the Wan-Shi Gardens in Accra.Having postponed the awards, the domestic football governing body are expected to fix a specific date for the event in October.The GFA Awards celebrates outstanding performances put out by various key actors in Ghana Football.A statement on the FA's website read: "Awards will be presented to deserving players, coaches, clubs, and referees, amongst others. The ceremony is a major highlight of the football calendar, bringing together the best of Ghanaian football talent under one roof. The GFA appreciates the understanding and continued support of the football community and the general public."Further updates regarding the rescheduled ceremony will be communicated promptly."
