Don’t Let Them Damage Your Genuine Case for Promotion – Suhuyini Cautions

Tamale North MP Alhassan Suhuyini has raised concerns about political appointments made after the December 7 elections, announcing that they will undergo a thorough review when the new government takes office on January 7.

Suhuyini emphasized that any appointments or promotions made in this transition period that are deemed improper could be reversed.

During a recent press conference, Suhuyini cautioned those who might have benefitted from these appointments, urging them not to allow the actions of the outgoing government to damage their own legitimate cases for promotion.

“I am cautioning those who are beneficiaries of their action not to allow these people who are at the helms of affairs to damage their genuine case for promotion,” he said.

The MP highlighted the risks of untoward appointments being made purely for political gain, warning that they could undermine the integrity of the new administration.

“Any untoward promotion or appointment that is done, especially within this period of the transition, will have to be looked into and probably reversed,” he added.
