Don’t call me for any appointment; I’ll decline it publicly – Mussa Dankwa

Executive Director and Head of Global Research at Global InfoAnalytics, Mussa K. Dankwa, has firmly stated that he has no interest in holding any government position.

Speaking in an interview with Serwaa Amihere on GhOne TV, Dankwah dismissed any speculation about him seeking or accepting a political appointment.

“Absolutely not, I have no interest in government. I have not called anyone to lobby on my behalf. If you call me for any position, I will decline it openly and publicly,” he declared.

Dankwa played a significant role in the 2024 elections with his polling predictions, which indicated a decisive first-round victory for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) presidential candidate, John Dramani Mahama.

His projections also suggested that the NDC would secure a parliamentary majority.

According to his research, Mahama was leading with 51.9% of voter support, while New Patriotic Party (NPP) candidate Dr Mahamudu Bawumia trailed with 40.5%.

His predictions proved accurate as Mahama won the 2024 elections with 6,328,397 votes (56.55%), while Bawumia secured 4,657,304 votes (41.61%).

Despite his influence in election analysis, Dankwa has made it clear that he has no intentions of joining the government in any capacity.
