The New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) flagbearer Dr Mahamudu Bawumia is in the Northern Region to start a three-week campaign in the Northern part of the West African country.
The governing political party’s flagbearer will be in the North for three weeks where he will be meeting Ghanaians to sell his message of forward going.
Dr Mahamudu Bawumia is expected to consolidate his gains in the Northern part of the country as he dispels the assertion that the New Patriotic Party is against people of Northern descent.
Head of his New Media Team, Krobea Kwabena Asante in a post shared via Facebook said “Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia in Tamale now to begin his constituency campaign tours tomorrow. He would mount a rigorous campaign in all the constituencies in Northern Ghana for the next 3 weeks”.
The New Patriotic Party unveiled its running mate in the Ashanti Region on Tuesday, July 5, 2024.
The first part of the unveiling took place at the Ashanti King’s palace where he admonished the running mate to be diligent and teachable.
The second part of the unveiling was in the presence of a mammoth crowd who believe in the message of the New Patriotic Party.
