Asante Kotoko coach Prosper Ogum thrilled to return after successful surgery

Asante Kotoko head coach, Prosper Narteh Ogum, has expressed his excitement about returning to his duties following a successful surgery.The former WAFA manager had been on leave due to illness after the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season ended."I have actually missed everyone in the club the supporters, the players, management members I have missed everybody," he told Peace FM as monitored by Footballghana.com"I am also so excited because during the off season we played against Hearts of Oak and the few players that we were able to put together were able to put up a master showpiece," he added.During his absence, assistant coach David Ocloo took charge and led the team to victory in the inaugural Democracy Cup, with a 2-1 win over Hearts of Oak at the Accra Sports Stadium last month.Now back at the helm, Narteh Ogum is preparing Asante Kotoko for the upcoming season, which begins on September 6.Entering his third season with the club, Narteh Ogum aims to impress fans with attractive football and secure a trophy.Asante Kotoko will start their 2024/25 Ghana Premier League campaign with an away match against Karela United at the Aliu Mahama Stadium.

Asante Kotoko head coach, Prosper Narteh Ogum, has expressed his excitement about returning to his duties following a successful surgery.
