Dormaa-based Aduana Stars Football Club has announced that they will be naming a new coach in one week.
The Traditional club parted ways with their coach, Yaw Acheampong, after struggling to clinch wins in the current league season.
The decision to part ways with the coach came after they lost at home to struggling Kumasi Asante Kotoko in the Ghana Premier League.
Speaking to GhanaSoccerNet in an interview, the Spokesperson for the club, Evans Oppong indicated that three persons have been shortlisted to take over the coaching position.
He indicated that the club intends to name a new coach in a week indicating that they may settle on another local coach.
“We are considering three coaches. Two locals and one foreign but it is likely we will go in for a local coach. We will name a new coach within this week”
