President-elect John Dramani Mahama has established a five-member team to address and investigate public complaints regarding alleged corruption.
A statement issued on Wednesday (18 December) by the Spokesperson for the Mahama Transition Team, Felix Kwakye Ofosu highlighted the initiative as a platform to empower citizens in reporting corruption-related concerns.
The team will be led by Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, MP for North Tongu, and includes notable figures such as former Auditor-General Daniel Domelevo, retired COP Nathaniel Kofi Boakye, legal expert Martin Kpebu, and investigative journalist Raymond Archer.
With their extensive expertise, the team aims to strengthen anti-corruption efforts under the incoming administration. The initiative reflects President-elect Mahama’s commitment to promoting transparency, restoring public confidence, and reinforcing accountability in governance.
The team will work collaboratively with existing anti-corruption frameworks, fostering greater public engagement in combating corruption.
