We’ll prosecute you –  NDC  MP threatens South Dayi DCE after clash

The Member of Parliament(MP) for South Dayi Constituency, Rockson-Nelson Dafeamekpor, clashed with the District Chief Executive (DCE) of South Dayi, Godwin Kwame Dadzawa, threatening him that he would be prosecuted for some offences committed when the National Democratic Congress (NDC) comes into power.

During TV3’s Constituency Manifesto session, which MyNewsGh.com monitored, Rockson Dafeamekpor alleged that Godwin Dadzawa has been using his public office for his private gain, warning him that his day of reckoning will come when the NDC comes to power.

He further claimed that the DCE told him that the South Dayi constituency executive was siphoning money from the premix account without the authorities’ permission.

“We shall prosecute you Dzadawa, we shall prosecute you. You are diverting our premix that comes into this constituency. There is evidence and we shall use it against you when we come to power. Secondly, you are using Assembly pickup vehicles for campaign purposes. You are using your public office for private gain”. He shouted as tempers flared.

Rockson Nelson Dafeamekpor further alleged that Godwin Dzadawa confided in him that the constituency executive took money of about GHc20,000 from the premix account without lawful authority.
