This was after he resigned from his position at Kumasi Asante Kotoko before their game against Aduana Stars.
AS OTR Lome, a mid-table club is hopeful of climbing up the ladder under the leadership of David Ocloo.
Although details of his contract are not known, David Ocloo is said to have signed a long-term deal with the Togolese side.
